Portfolio Photo - Zach St. George

I’ve written about politics, guns, international commerce, psychology, and cast iron pans for publications like The Atlantic, Bloomberg Businessweek, Scientific American, Outside, Orion, and many others.

I’m also proud to have once been a judge in the National Cornbread Festival in South Pittsburg, Tennessee (after the failing New York Times’ cornbread correspondent had to cancel).

Now, I mostly write about science and the environment. I'm working on a book for WW Norton about the future of the world's forests.
